Job description

Vivrelle is seeking enthusiastic Interns to play a critical role with our continued growth. You will work between our Showroom, Marketing, or Operations teams: These roles are vital to supporting our large and growing member community!
This internship will teach you about sales, logistics, social media and/or customer service competencies. Ultimately, you should be prepared to enter a fast paced work environment as a pivotal part of the team with a can-do attitude and professionalism.
Our interns join us in 3 month rotations. All of our interns work in-person at our Park Ave Showroom. We're dedicated to creating a schedule that does not interfere with your class schedule, but will expect a commitment of 20 hours a week.
As an Intern, your responsibilities may include...
  • Assist in maintaining the packaging room and showroom by organizing and tidying up
  • Support packaging needs by learning and assisting in the preparation of orders
  • Gain hands-on experience in packaging procedures and quality control measures
  • Aid in the upkeep of the showroom's appearance to understand the importance of presentation and customer experience
  • Assist in monitoring and organizing inventory levels
  • Learn the basics of inventory handling by helping to arrange inventory items in designated locations
  • Observe operational processes closely to learn how to improve efficiency in packaging, showroom organization, and inventory management
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve workflow based on observations and discussions with the team
  • Collaborate with team members, offering support where needed, and learning from experienced colleagues to understand teamwork dynamics
  • Manage administrative tasks for our marketing team
  • Create content for our social media pages
  • Administrative assistance across the office as needed
