Job Summary:
Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Engineering Analyst to support their mission of providing clean energy solutions. The role involves managing and analyzing asset data within IBM's Maximo Asset Management system, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and prepare data from multiple sources for upload, map source data to Maximo fields, perform quality checks, review drawings
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies. Validate and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Maximo.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data needs, automate workflows, and streamline reporting processes.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from the Maximo Asset Management system to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with site teams and Maximo users to gather required information and resolve any data-related issues, supporting both initial data loads and ongoing updates.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve Maximo-related data issues.
• Provide recommendations based on data trends and predictive analytics to improve preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and data migration programs for Maximo.
• Train users on automated data entry, reporting tools, and best practices for maintaining data quality.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for asset performance, maintenance activities, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience working with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, they should also understand asset management processes, and reliability principles.
• Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline, or alternatively 8+ years of equivalent experience.
