IT Data Entry Specialist

This is a Part-Time position. The IT Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the effective input, update, and manage information between multiple child welfare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to handle large amounts of data with speed and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow Arrow's data entry systems and methods.
  • Enter, verify, and update data between multiple organization applications.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of records by reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Organize and manage electronic files in a structured manner.
  • Retrieve and process data as required for reports and projects.
  • Follow data privacy and security guidelines to ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and the project team.
  • Generate reports and summaries from stored data when requested.
  • Assist and supply staff with requested information when needed.
  • Occasional travel with possible overnight stay required.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role required. A college degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Services, or related field, may substitute for experience. Experience in healthcare, social services, or child welfare preferred. Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
