Job Summary:
OneMagnify is an AI native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency operating at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. As Manager of Data Science, you will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions, bridging strategy and execution while ensuring technical excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and custom analytics solutions
• Lead the design and execution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) solutions, including measurement strategy, model development, validation, and actionable insight delivery to inform media optimization and investment decisions
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering technical growth and cross-functional collaboration
• Translate client goals into clear modeling strategies, project plans, and deliverables
• Guide the development of production-level model pipelines using tools such as Databricks and Azure ML
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and strategic partners to integrate models into real-world applications
• Monitor and improve model performance, ensuring high standards for reliability and business relevance
• Present complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format
• Support innovation by identifying new tools, methods, and data sources—including the use of Snowflake for modern data architecture
• Promote best practices in model governance, data ethics, and responsible AI
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modeling
• Proven leadership experience leading analytics teams or high-impact data science projects
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SAS for modeling and data analysis
• Advanced SQL capabilities and experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Expertise in regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and communication
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical findings into business insight
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)
Preferred:
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake strongly preferred
