We are looking for a results‑driven Associate Director, Data Science and Analytics to lead end‑to‑end analytics initiatives and build scalable models that drive business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, hands‑on coding in Python and SQL, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Understands Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client’s overall strategy
  • Understands the breadth of data services and crafts
  • Able to lead cross‑capability projects and build close relationships with other disciplines
  • Able to identify appropriate data SME to leverage when needed
Data Strategy
  • Able to systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy‑in
  • Shows thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client’s (1) marketing goals or (2) data sophistication and maturity. For example, a Manager will be able to synthesize new learnings that may help augment or pivot a client’s current strategy.

  • Expert‑level SQL for complex data querying and transformation
  • Proven experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in production
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.
  • Experience with analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $110,580 to $173,995. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
