They are seeking a Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead to provide leadership and technical direction for data science and analytics activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical products that support various objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data science and analytics initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to analysts and data scientists.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies and reporting solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable analytical products.
• Coordinate analytical activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Establish standards and best practices for data analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging digital capabilities and technologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Three (3) years of experience with SOF digital capabilities.
• Three (3) years of experience with SOF Headquarters elements, SOF Service Component Headquarters, and Theater Special Operations Commands.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.
