Job description

Position: Data and Order Processing Clerk

Nine Stars is in need of a Data and Order Processing Clerk. Must have experience and understand of Miscrosoft excel.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process sales orders for all customers and integrated data to Oracle Net Suite.
  • Generate and navigate Excel spreadsheets with accurate customer information, item quantity, pricing, SKUs, and shipment details.
  • Formulate ideas and strategies with the sales team to increase sales with customers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot.
  • Process invoices and submit advance ship notices on customer platforms.
  • Collaborated with purchasing managers and accounting staff to ensure all orders contain accurate data.
  • Contact freight carriers and schedule the transportation of shipments to customer distribution centers.
  • Create Bill of Lading documents.
  • Manage inventory for all retailers on company and retailer platforms.
  • Administrative office work such as scanning and filing important documents.
  • Correspond and reply to email about PO inquiries.
