Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Scanner Operator. The operator will be responsible for ensuring accurate materials are being scanned, maintaining machine efficiency, and supporting production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all scanned data is accurate, complete, and properly stored in the system.
  • Inspect scanned outputs for quality assurance and make corrections when necessary.
  • Maintain records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time, 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM OT Friday 10PM-6AM
