Description
The Senior Reporting Analyst leads program and delivery reporting for the platform. You will design dashboards and metrics, turn program data into actionable insight for leadership and the client, and mentor junior analysts, making heavy use of AI-assisted reporting and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build program dashboards, metrics, and executive reports
- Define reporting standards and data sources across delivery, financial, and quality metrics
- Analyze delivery data to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting for program leadership and client stakeholders
- Automate reporting pipelines and leverage AI-assisted analytics tooling
- Mentor and review the work of reporting analysts
- Support EVM / financial reporting in partnership with program management

Requirements
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
- Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
- Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of reporting, business intelligence, or data-analysis experience
- Advanced Excel and BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder-communication skills
- Experience on large programs with formal reporting requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Federal program reporting or EVM experience
- SQL and data-modeling experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tooling
Salary Description
$85,000-$100,000 (based upon pertinent experience)
