What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with analytics skills, attention to detail and accuracy to join our Finance Team, located in Dallas, Texas (USA)
Mission
The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a critical role within the North America Finance team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across FP&A and Accounting. This role combines financial reporting, business analysis, pricing support, and working capital oversight, while also driving automation and BI capability development to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
FP&A Reporting and Close
• Manager analytical deliverables related to the monthly close process
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting package with key findings and explain variances versus forecast and ABP to the management
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from corporate and cross-functional teams
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting outputs
Business Analysis & Insights
• Own the end-to-end analysis of the P&L, ensuring a deep understanding of all revenue, margin, and cost drivers across the business
• Provide clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Proactively investigate deviations and anomalies, going beyond surface-level analysis to distinguish between one-time impacts vs. structural trends
• Act as a cross-functional financial partner to drive actions and track impacts.
• Continuously improve the quality and depth of P&L analysis by:
o Enhancing reporting granularity (customer, product, channel, promotion level)
o Leveraging BI tools and automation to surface insights faster
Accounts Receivable
• Resolve pricing discrepancies on incoming purchase orders
• Manage deduction claims and system interface errors
• Track over- and under-accruals and adjust as needed
• Finalize agreements and reconcile balances
• Maintain KPI and control reporting
Systems, Data & Commercial Governance
• Maintain and update Visualfabriq system including promotions tracking and contract management
• Support promotion approvals in CRM systems
KPI Dashboards & BI Development
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
• Automate reporting to improve efficiency
• Leverage Excel, Power BI, and emerging tools including AI
You will need:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Overall, 2-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Skills
• Advanced Excel including pivot tables, Power Query, and financial modelling
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Understanding of data modelling and transformation
• Knowledge of EDI systems and ability to interpret data flows
