Job description


Our client is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting Analyst for a 8 months contract role in Lawrenceville, GA. The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst will focus on creating, maintaining, and supporting business intelligence reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud's reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. This position demands a strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and other Oracle modules, along with proficiency in reporting and analytics. The Analyst will collaborate with different departments to gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights.
Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Serving as a subject matter expert championing a standard reporting delivery model encompassing development, documentation, and training
• Proficiency in advanced features of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Experience developing complex custom reports and dashboards, including working with custom data models, and ensuring reports align with business objectives.
• Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades, particularly in a cross-functional team setting.
• Experience in managing and optimizing data flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, especially in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Create complex data models, data visualizations, and ad-hoc queries to meet business reporting needs.
• Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
• Analyze large sets of data within Oracle Cloud applications to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work with business units to understand their reporting requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Perform regular audits and validations of reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls to ensure timely and secure delivery of information.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all reports, including technical specifications, data sources, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.
