Job description

Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and federal contracting leader is seeking a IT Technical Lead to join our team in Merrifield, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Standalone and support to federal law enforcement operations.
  • Assist the government staff in developing engineering proposals for system changes.
  • Assist in the transfer of data from standalone systems for analysis.
  • Telecommunications and network troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and support off-site computer operations.
  • Coordinate with the users of production applications to identify issues for resolution.
  • Perform data recovery using off-line resource.
  • Monitor system resources.
  • Provides instruction in the use of standard software packages and specialized applications.
  • Provide first-line support for operational problems for standalone systems
  • Gather information from users.
  • Define work problems.
  • Develop procedures to resolve problems.
  • Develop complete specifications to enable computer programmers to prepare required programs.

Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to pass an Agency clearance
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience, or completion of military, law enforcement, or equivalent technical school is required.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience, or equivalent ten years on-the-job experience is required.
