Daikin Applied is seeking anAftermarketQuality Program Manager!This position will develop processes, procedures, and tracking mechanisms for major field quality issues that require a defined Quality Assurance Program involving field retrofits. The role will also administer and track progress of Quality Assurance Programs and report results to upper management on a regular basis. Location:Hybrid- Plymouth MN or Faribault, MN
What you will do:
  • Develop and manage inter-disciplinary team to determine, define need for field campaign relative to quality issues affecting Daikin customers, end-users. Develop and present results to Corporate Executive Leadership for consensus on field campaign
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance team meetings to determine field population, service time and costs and required parts. Determine cost of program and assigned Service Offices
  • Develop QA program information for the field including population with approved program fixed costs, Salesforce warranty case numbers, IFS Alliance service orders, service procedures
  • Obtain executive approval for QA presentation and Customer Letter by Legal Department
  • Establish and maintain effective intracompany communication channels between key staff at Daikin Applied Parts, Service, Sales Force and appropriate business units
  • Maintain high level of information flow and establishment of action plans designed to remedy identified critical field quality programs
  • Project management of major field Quality Assurance programs internally and externally to ensure proper execution and recording of necessary field actions
  • Preparation of presentations and weekly and monthly reporting of Quality Assurance program progress and results

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in management or related technical field
  • 6+ years of related Program Management experience
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from$90,000- $159,300 plus a 10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayedrepresentsthe pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
