Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Create and execute automated test suites for web, mobile, and OTT applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, repeatable test execution.
• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and partner with developers to resolve defects efficiently.
• Review requirements and technical designs to provide early feedback on testability and automation feasibility.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Establish automation best practices, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with manual QA, developers, DevOps, and product teams to improve overall test coverage and release confidence.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and test strategies.
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes of complex test and environment issues.
