The Role
Reporting to a VP of Product Management within Data Security, the Sr. Director will own aproduct area within our Green (DLP, ITM) or Blue (AI Data Governance, Security & Identity Posture Mgmt, and Data Protection for AI)portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who has 8+ years of experience who wants to build,not coordinate. We're upgrading talent - looking for high-ownership leaders who workshoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, not meeting schedulers.

Your day-to-day
Product Ownership
Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for an assigned product area
Define requirements, write specs, and partner with engineering to deliver highquality products
Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration

Customer & Market Focus
Develop deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, fieldfeedback, and research
Monitor competitive landscape and incorporate insights into product strategy
Partner with GTM teams on positioning, enablement, and launch activities

Execution & Delivery
Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features on time
Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
Manage trade-offs and make data-informed decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with design on user experience
Collaborate with other PMs on dependencies and platform capabilities
Support sales and customer success with product expertise

What you bring to the team
8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or
cybersecurity
Strong technical acumen - comfortable working with engineering teams on
complex products
Experience writing specs, defining requirements, and shipping products
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Data-driven decision making
Builder mentality - you write specs, ship products, and solve problems, not just
facilitate
High ownership, low ego, bias for action - you do what it takes to ship
AI-native - uses AI tools daily to accelerate work, not just curious about AI
Experience in cybersecurity, data security, compliance, or related domains
Background in DLP, CASB, AI Data Governance, Security & Identity Posture Mgmt, and Data Protection for AI, or insider threat products
Experience with AI/ML-powered products
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 278,300.00 - 382,690.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 221,400.00 - 304,370.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 196,700.00 - 270,490.00 USD
