Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Location: Windsor, ON

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Comprehensive Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale data center construction projects. This is a site-based role, requiring full-time presence on-site Monday through Friday, working alongside project teams to successfully deliver complex electrical installations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, preferably within mission-critical environments such as data centers, although experience on other large-scale commercial or industrial projects will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the electrical scope of work from project award through to commissioning and closeout
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to maintain programme and budget
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards
  • Work closely with site teams to drive productivity and successful project delivery
  • Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
  • Data center construction experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and project delivery
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software
