Job description

Help with a large contact center platform migration. Ideally, a good communicator with
experience in large enterprise projects, data warehousing, technical documentation, and
project management and/or data architecture. Contact center tech experience, particularly
Genesys, is a plus. An experienced technical project manager and data architect to manage
the business data and reporting needs of a large contact center platform migration project.
Work closely with other cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design,
documentation, change coordination, and testing during the migration of its contact center
platform which is shared with other business units. This individual will shepherd the data
and reporting design of the project, coordinate changes to reporting semantics and other
instruments, regularly socialize project status updates and business reporting impacts with
stakeholders, document the new end-to-end data flows and objects, develop and execute
data testing, and ensure data integrity and business continuity between both old and new
platforms within the existing reporting infrastructure.
