This role oversees projects from planning through completion, coordinating contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project requirements.

Why This Role Matters

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in delivering complex construction and facility projects in a highly technical manufacturing environment. Your leadership helps ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality and performance standards.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage, and oversee semiconductor construction and facility projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and internal project teams
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, quality, and resource issues
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, and action items to stakeholders
• Review project plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other documentation
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to prevent delays and cost impacts
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and facilities teams
• Ensure construction activities meet project specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations
• Track project costs, contracts, materials, and change orders
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular project updates to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing construction, engineering, or facility projects
• Experience working in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and project execution

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or industrial facility project experience preferred
• PMP, CCM, or related certification preferred
