Job description


The Process Operator II troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.
The Process Operator II will be responsible for post braze processing of aluminum flat plate slotted antenna products to meet internal and external mechanical and cosmetic specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Perform cosmetic enhancement of antennas using various air sanding equipment, hand tools and procedures to meet or exceed specified requirements.
  • Maintain calibration of measuring equipment per internal quality standards
  • Maintain production fixtures and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of production equipment or work area
  • Document all production and production losses
  • Maintain communication as related to process and equipment
  • Review data to ensure product quality during production
  • Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
