Position purpose

Monitor the loan boarding process to ensure accuracy. Perform file maintenance throughout the life of loan. Maintain cleared tops of cabinets and organize various documents chronologically within physical loan files.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Level 2:

· Mail Sorting and Delivery

o Incoming and Outgoing Mail

o Compare and Track Document Receipt

· Monitor performance of mailing equipment

o Schedule maintenance when needed

· Monitor needed supplies for outgoing mail

o Submit requests for supplies when needed

· Processing incoming mail job

Qualifications

· Mortgage experience is a plus

· Excellent organization skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Able to keep abreast of all changes and adapt them into daily routine

· Able to interface with compliance personnel and regulators as needed

Work Requirements

Must be able to communicate adequately via, emails, verbally, telephone, letter writing, operate a computer, maintain work schedule, work in office environment with exposure to CR, LCD, and UV rays. Working extended hours may be required.
