Data Entry Operator

Position Summary:

StrataBuilt is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across company systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that our records are accurate and up to date, supporting internal teams with timely and well-maintained data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Review source documents for completeness and clarity before entry.
  • Update and maintain existing data records.
  • Perform routine checks and verifications to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and file digital records as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to obtain and clarify data as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
  • Assist in basic data reporting and record-keeping tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
  • Prior experience in a data entry or clerical role preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
