DEVOPS TECHNICAL INTERN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Technical Intern to join our team at CTC! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting modern web applications and cloud-based solutions. You will contribute to website development, application design, and Microsoft 365 integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to build technical skills, work with emerging technologies, and gain real-world experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, designs, and delivers web site structure for Internet/Intranet sites. Regularly interacts with Communications group to manage websites and assists them with web site monitoring and web statistics reports as needed.
  • Supports CTC custom developed applications accordingly with SDLC stages that incorporate and align with overall information security and business strategies as appropriate.
  • Develops and maintains API and associated data platform solution for Microsoft 365 cloud environment to include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApp and more.
  • Assists in implementing and integrating new 3rd Party cloud services and API's into CTC internal systems and existing cloud services.
  • Interacts with CTC employees and other customers to assist in application design/development and cloud services integration including Microsoft 365 services.
  • Presents and participates in company-wide learning sessions such as Lunch and Learn.


Required Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in MIS/IT/Computer Science or similar field as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (graduating in December 2026 or later).
  • Understanding/exposure to database structure, object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstration of basic knowledge and understanding of various languages and frameworks such as Blazor/ASP.NET, React, Python, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON and other web development/application languages.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud environment and productivity applications.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills with customer-oriented attitude.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstration of analytical and logical mindset.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience is preferred.
