The Director of Operations is a pivotal role within the P B Hoidale Co. Inc., commissioned with overseeing, managing, and directing the operational aspects of our business. The successful candidate should have the ability to align company initiatives with our business objectives, looking to improve operational systems, streamline work processes, and oversee staff members to ensure the company functions as efficiently as possible.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and policies.Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Devise strategies and plans for the operational systems, processes, and quality control.Work closely with management team to set and implement strategies and goals.Oversee materials, resources, and logistics across all departments of the company.Maintain safe and healthy work environments by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.Identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or relevant field.
