Job Description

Data Modeler Skillset Requirement -

1. Translating business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models

a. Identifying the highest-level relationships between different entities.

b. Identifying specific entities, attributes and relationships involved in the business function.

2. Data Mapping, Join validations - Validation, and addressing/fixing data queries raised by project team in a timely manner

3. Techno-functional profile is preferred! Should possess technical understanding and good domain knowledge in Energy and Utilities sector

4. Exposure to ETL, SQL is desirable

5 Good to have domain knowledge in utilities domain with experience in any of the following or other utility systems - CC&B, Customer/1, CIMS, MDM, Grid, AMI etc.

6 Should be well versed with IT process related knowledge, such as phases of IT system development life cycle - requirement gathering, functional & data design, development, testing etc.

7 Should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and time management skills, and must be an excellent team player

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
