Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for transforming business information into logical/physical data models esp for CRM/ Customer 360 Environment
  • Develop and document conceptual logical data model and document business vocabulary for the base and semantic layers.
  • Collaborate on developing/document modeling standards, processes and best practices.
  • Adhere to the standards and provide recommendations for changes


Required:

  • 8+ years of IT expericne in Data analysis and modeling
  • Experience using Data Modeling tools such As Erwin
  • Experience in working and creating 3rd Normal Forms ( ODS) and Dimensional models ( OLAP)
  • Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving
  • Strong experience in CRM systems ( esp in SFDC , Customer MDM , Eloqua, CPQ )
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must have excellent client-facing skills; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently when appropriate
  • Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or internal customers at all levels
  • Experience in large data warehouse implementations is a must
  • Experience in Netezza or Oracle is a plus
  • Strong experience in using SQL
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


Education:

  • MS/BS degree in a computer science field or related discipline
