Deeply collaborate with product teams to leverage product tools, enhance creator content quality, and boost ecosystem vitality. - Integrate cross-departmental resources, coordinate with local creator management teams, platform promotion teams, industry teams and other stakeholders to communicate plans, effectively integrate and link resources across departments. - According to project management requirements, agilely identify risks and opportunities in projects, expose and resolve process bottlenecks, and drive quick problem resolution. Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of tactics and campaigns, identify trends, and propose optimization strategies. - Assist with other daily operational tasks within the department.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Proven work experience in internet marketing / e-commerce operations / campaign operations, experience in brand going global, or familiarity with European and American e-commerce markets is preferred. - Proven experience in cossess data analysis and mining skills, with a good sense of e-commerce data. - Proven skills in communication and collaboration skills, ability to integrate internal and external resources, ability to independently drive project progress; patient, detail-oriented, focused on fundamental work, and capable of summarizing and documenting learnings. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
