Our Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) division sells market-leading branded and private label freeze-dried fruits to retailers nationwide.


Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations. Youwillassistthe WarehouseLeadwith all aspects of the Warehouse responsibilities including the receiving, storing, handling,shippingand preparing of product for customer delivery whilemaintainingthe warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.This role will also includeadministrative support dutiessuch aspreparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipment scheduling, andshipping/receivingappointment coordination.The ideal candidate willbecapable of managing a diversity of tasks and committed tomaintainingaccuracy and efficiency in daily operations.


Inbound Logistics & Receiving

  • Receive and process inbound shipments, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in product counts or physical condition immediately.


Order Fulfillment & Outbound Shipping

  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation.
  • Review shipping paperwork to ensure 100% accuracy in product selection and quantity.
  • Maintain inventory integrity by picking products according to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) sequences.
  • Transport picked orders todesignatedareas for final inspection, packing, and staging.
  • Securely seal shipments and apply all necessary labels, placards, and paperwork once approved.
  • Support drivers during the loading process and ensure all completed paperwork isaccounted for.


Inventory Control & Maintenance

  • Participate in systematic weekly and monthly cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Perform regular transfers of products into specialized containers as required by operational needs.
  • Operate all warehouse equipment safely and assist with seasonal maintenance as needed.


Support & Administration

  • Coordinateshipping and delivery appointments with carriers, vendors, and customers, communicatingupdates/schedule changes as needed.
  • Respond to phone/email inquiriesregardingshipments and deliveries.
  • Enter andmaintainaccurateshipping, inventory, and receiving data in company systems
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead on special projects and process improvements.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support overall facility goals.


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Required Experience

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Must be able tooperatea forklift and maintain forklift certification

Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting pay for this role is between $16 - $19 per hour.
