We're looking for a Data Clerk to support key administrative functions across our Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies teams. In this role, you'll ensure accurate data entry, run reports and labels, and maintain smooth communication with internal and external partners. What You'll Do

  • Maintain effective communication through various communication tools (i.e. email, telephone, etc.) with various internal and external partners
  • Ensures that all enquiries are responded to within a 24hr period and forwards information acquired through daily communication to appropriate partners.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate entry, printing and distribution of information received from internal and external sources
  • Manage and creates systems logs/reports/tickets/labels, as required by functional area, and distributes accordingly.
  • Accountable for performing routine Preventative maintenance (i.e. shut down, clean, etc.) on miscellaneous Data Centre equipment (i.e. printers).
  • Responsible for preparing related management reports/spreadsheets

About You

  • Education: Minimum OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent education required.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal (liaising with fellow Associates, Supervisors, Planning etc.), written and reading.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to problem solving.
  • Accuracy and speed in keyboarding skills (45 headers per hour), including manual dexterity (SCAN data entry).
  • Spreadsheet, word processing and math skills (i.e. experience with MS Excel and MS Word).
