We are looking for an Operations Analyst Summer Intern to join our team to manage the flow of our workplace and optimize day-to-day operations. This position will play an integral role in the quality of the company's services and the satisfaction of the customers. The basic duties include analyzing business operation data and working as case managers to identify customer needs in order to bring specialized services. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems without supervision
Responsibilities
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information to customers through a multi-channel service platform
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Operating and managing CRM system to provide specialized solutions for customer cases.
• Conducting market research and work on account database development and update.
• Providing analytical support for management and other internal departments as needed
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and time management skills
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and report on significant amounts of information
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy is a must for this role
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills in a fast-pathed environment
