Job description

This position is On-site in either our Irving, TX or Boca Raton locations (4 days/week)

Summary: 

Responsible for managing IT personnel including end user and third party provider activities pertaining to the design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of application product and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall management of team and assigned project. 
  • Responsible for overall financial, scope, and critical path management for assigned projects. 
  • Manage ETL development to integrated monitoring and billing from diverse platforms to ADT platform.
  • Interface with acquisition teams and insure integrity of data being integrated to the ADT platform.
  • Manage the financial, time, and resource aspects of project against a set budget and project plan. 
  • Manage MMB/Informix data extract, analyis and update demand funnel.
  • Resolve project related issues or operational issues impacting IT or business. 
  • Define service levels and service agreements; manage IT operations. 
  • Review and evaluate work and prepare performance reports.
  • Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the customer to define standards and measures for quality and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Assist and prepare the budget, forecast, and capital equipment reports.
  • Coordinate system analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff.
  • Assist and recommend process and quality improvement activities for the organization.
  • Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
  • Provide vision and strategy for improvements. 
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams in the areas of technology, future planning, and standard development practices. 
  • Deliver schedule milestones on-time to ensure project/program objectives are met. 
  • Responsible for personnel decisions including performance review and hire/fire activities. 
  • Mentor employees on career development and performance improvement
  • Manage and mentor supervisors, project leads and/or technical staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

Education:  Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience    

Experience: 8  to 10 years    

Skills: 

  • Advanced knowledge of major package applications software.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management. 
  • Advanced SQL, programming and analytical skills. 
  • Advanced background and understanding of business principles, practices and procedures. 
  • Advanced knowledge of MAStermind Business and/or MAStermind Monitoring. 
  • Advanced problem solving and negotiation skills. 
  • Functional understanding of general financial principles. 
  • Leverage business and technical expertise across disciplines, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge. 
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the client group(s). 
  • May provide guidance to senior management.
