Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end CRM data conversion, including profiling, mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and reconciliation.

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure automated website and email intake solutions with validation, error handling, and monitoring.

  • Support production deployment by validating migration quality, creating documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Job description

Connsci is seeking a Senior CRM Data Migration & Integration Lead to join our growing organziation in support of one of our government customers. This individual will own the integrity of the data conversion from legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the modernized Dataverse-based CRM and lead delivery of two automated intake capabilities: public website submissions and designated email inboxes. This role is accountable for migration accuracy, reconciliation, SharePoint and document-reference continuity, secure integration design, production deployment, monitoring, and operational support. The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on delivery lead who can move complex data safely and build reliable integrations for sensitive records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end CRM data conversion. Profile legacy entities, fields, data quality, duplicates, attachments, history, cross-instance relationships, shared contacts, reporting dependencies, and other migration constraints across the current Dynamics environment.
  • Own migration design and execution. Create source-to-target mappings, transformation and cleansing rules, deduplication logic, migration plans, rehearsal cycles, reconciliation methods, exception remediation, cutover steps, and rollback inputs.
  • Validate SharePoint and records dependencies. Verify and remediate CRM-to-SharePoint links, document references, attachments, metadata, URLs, and downstream dependencies so document continuity is maintained after migration.
  • Prove migration quality and performance. Produce reconciliation evidence, exception reports, validation results, performance benchmarks, operational runbooks, and cutover/rollback materials required for production readiness.
  • Build secure automated website intake. Design, develop, test, and deploy automated public website submission intake using secure authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, validation, field mapping, configurable import rules, confirmation logging, error handling, retries, monitoring, and rollback.
  • Build secure automated email intake. Implement equivalent automated ingestion from designated email inboxes, including mailbox integration methods, data flows, field mappings, exception logic, administrative controls, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver production-grade integrations. Deploy solutions through test, UAT, and production environments and support unit, system, integration, security, performance, and user-acceptance testing.
  • Own integration documentation and supportability. Create architecture and integration designs, technical/configuration specifications, test plans and results, user/admin documentation, go-live and rollback plans, monitoring guidance, and post-implementation reports.
  • Partner across the delivery team. Coordinate data model, security, deployment, and operational decisions with the Power Platform Solution & Security Lead and Program Manager, and communicate risks, dependencies, and remediation plans clearly to stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Prior experience supporting government, inspector general, audit, investigation, complaint, or other regulated case-management environments.
  • Strong data-quality and release discipline, including reconciliation evidence, test plans/scripts/results, deployment checklists, rollback procedures, runbooks, performance validation, and post-deployment support.
  • Practical experience handling sensitive or restricted data with appropriate access controls, audit trails, records-retention considerations, and secure data exchange.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, document designs precisely, work through complex exceptions, and support business users through UAT and production stabilization.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience migrating enterprise CRM data including profiling, extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, deduplication, rehearsal, reconciliation, and cutover.
  • At least 5 years of experience migrating data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable enterprise CRM to Dataverse / Microsoft Power Platform.
  • At least 5 years of experience validating or remediating SharePoint links, attachments, metadata, document references, and related content dependencies during a CRM or case-management migration.
  • At least 5 years of experience with secure APIs, public web-form integrations, and mailbox/message ingestion, including authentication, encryption, validation, error handling, retry logic, exception queues, audit logging, monitoring, and operational troubleshooting.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Dataverse integration patterns and Microsoft integration technologies such as Microsoft Graph, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, or comparable services.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience designing high-reliability intake solutions where incoming records must be traceable, recoverable, auditable, and processed without manual intervention.
