The Team You’ll Join

You will join Envestnet's Revenue Operations team, a group focused on enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, and other go-to-market functions. The team plays a critical role in ensuring business leaders have access to accurate reporting, trusted data, and actionable insights that drive growth and operational effectiveness.

How You’ll Contribute

Responsible for analyzing and transforming aggregated financial data into actionable insights for advisors, enterprises and partners. Develops analysis to enable better investment decisions, financial planning and client personalization. Transforms raw data into analytics, benchmarks and intelligence. Plays a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability across platforms and products.

• Provides Data Analysis services for assigned product, business or other organizational areas. 
• Partners with stakeholders (Product, Data Management, Analytics & Insights teams, Wealth Management, Client Experience) in the delivery of analytics to strengthen enrichment products and reduce client support requests.
• Collaborates with Product Management, Data Management, Analytics & Insights and Technical teams to define, scope and develop new features and functionality geared toward the platform.
• Monitors platform performance and calculates accuracy metrics.
• Provides clear, insightful interpretation of available internal and external data.
• Performs data quality and accessibility testing and verification of datasets.
• Engages with external clients by providing timely and professional updates.
• Adheres to legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative standards and policies.
• Builds simple to moderately complex data models to support internal and external needs.
• Establish and oversee the reporting framework for the region, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable insights into pipeline health, revenue performance, client engagement, and strategic initiatives. 
• Partner with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to define, monitor, and govern key performance metrics, ensuring consistency in reporting methodologies and business measurement.
• Drive accountability for data integrity and operational excellence across CRM and reporting platforms by promoting adherence to data governance standards, metric definitions, and reporting best practices. 
• Identify trends, reporting gaps, and systemic data quality issues that impact business visibility, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Leverage business intelligence, dashboards, and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making. 
• Translate complex data and market insights into executive-level recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, client outcomes, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to support territory planning, segmentation strategies, target account prioritization, and performance tracking. 
• Champion a data-driven culture by ensuring teams effectively utilize reporting tools, dashboards, and business insights to achieve organizational objectives.

 

What You’ll Need to Bring  

•    Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
•    Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data structure)
•    Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, structured outputs)
•    Demonstrated ability to reconcile and validate data across multiple sources
•    Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work on tight timelines
•    Clear written and verbal communication; able to frame analysis for non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • SQL proficiency for querying and combining data across systems
  • Familiarity with the financial services / wealth management / advisor ecosystem
  • Experience building segmentation and campaign lists for sales or marketing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $71,000 to $88,800. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
