The Human Resources specialist will serve as the property subject matter resource for their identified specialty.  Human resources Specialties can include:  Benefits, Training, Communication, Recruiting and HRIS systems.  

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Partners with HR Business Partners to meet the needs of the property

- Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff

- Participates in meetings and training as required

- Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times

- Perform necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assist with reminders of commitments and deadlines

- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs 

- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management

- Responsible for processing all new hire licensing applications and coordinating annual renewals

- Ensures all licensing information is input into UltiPro and hard copies of documentation are filed

- Performs routine audits as requested

- Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed

- Prepares invoices for payment and tracks actual results versus budget

- Responsible for inputting and maintaining employee records

- Assists with the management of data integrity including separations, personnel transactions, and HRIS/Payroll alignment

- Prepares, compiles, and distributes weekly-monthly-quarterly and annual reports as requested

- Maintains all physical and confidential personnel records

Responds to requests by team members for basic information

- Assists in the maintenance of the HRIS as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- Minimum of two to four years HR experience preferred 

- PHR, SPHR certification preferred 

- Proficient computer skills including MS Office software 

- Ability to work with various levels of the organization to develop and influence the culture
