  • Testing experience (UAT) would be considered a plus.

Job Description:
The Master Data Analyst coordinates and performs day to day tasks for the creation, maintenance, and data quality improvement of Material Master Data throughout the lifecycle of a material for all Routes to Market, Business Units and Bottler.

  • Provides analysis and integrated solutions to eliminate reoccurring data issues.
  • Owns the relationship with all business partners related to Master Data material.
  • Develops and maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation and provide knowledge transfer for business processes & workflows within functional area.
  • Improves and streamlines business processes within functional area.
  • Reviews data inputting and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Responsible for data accuracy, performing and reporting on periodic audits and data integrity checks.
  • Leverages data tools to analyze SAP and Legacy systems data including BOMs to assure compliance with business processes and a high level of data quality.
  • Data verification and analysis in SAP MM, PP, and Optiva.
  • Participates in and/or leads projects internal to the team as well as within the organization that involve Material Master Data including UAT and design requirements.
  • Is the process expert for the team; End-to-End process knowledge including impacts up and down stream.
  • Partners with IT on new system development, process improvement and large scale value change projects.
  • Owns training documentation for Material Master Create/Change requests.
  • Collaborates with functional groups on effectiveness and efficiencies of Master Data processes, including Sales Operations, Marketing, RMM, production, IT, and materials planning.
  • Supports the initiatives product launch process to ensure master data successfully supports flawless execution.
  • Audit incoming information to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submitting/processing into production systems. GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) attribute data management (as needed).
