OverviewUnder general supervision of the Team Leader, Integration Center, the Fulfillment Associate performs the duties required for all asset tagging, kitting, re-kitting and reduced packing projects. The Fulfillment Associate gathers data for projects and assists the Integration Center staff members on work projects. This is a first shift position.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Deliver excellent service by choosing high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
  • Assemble production kits by accurately reading and following detailed specifications and designs.
  • Ensure precision and efficiency with 99% accuracy on average production outputs.
  • Organize, stock, and maintain raw materials to support the flow of production.
  • Work closely with production leadership to meet daily goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Step up with flexibility—tackling new tasks as assigned and collaborating across departments.
  • Uphold our safety standards while bringing energy and pride to every shift.

Requirements

  • Degree requirements: High School or equivalency.
  • One or more years' experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
