We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Data Entry / Executive Assistant to join our remote team. This position is ideal for a professional who excels at administrative support, data management, and executive coordination while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and performing data entry tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records, databases, and confidential information.

Provide administrative support to executives and management teams.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences.

Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally and promptly.

Organize electronic files and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports as required.

Perform document management, filing, and record-keeping while ensuring data accuracy.

Assist with special projects, research, and general administrative tasks.
