Job description

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in medical data entry
  • Familiar with EMR/EHR
  • Self-starter who is organized, disciplined, goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Knowledge of the medical industry is encouraged
  • Positive telephone demeanor
  • Work in the office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Must have computer knowledge and experience
  • Must be reliable

Responsibilities:

  • Enter patient history and demographics in RIS system
  • Image transfer from Assured PACS to Radiologist workstation
  • Faxing and scanning
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time
  • 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
