PT Weekend Seasonal CSR Call Center

November 2026 - March 2027

Rochester, NH

About this opportunity

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. The ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential.

Schedule:

Saturday 3:00PM-10:00PM & Sunday 10:00AM-3:00PM

What your role will look like

  • Provide customers with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means, and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction.
  • Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as payments, new account information, refunds, etc.
  • Dispatch appropriate on-call field personnel to emergency services and communicate actions with district managers.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Eastern’s manuals, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. Apply this knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately and urgently.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with peers to meet the scheduling needs of the Call Center, including nights and weekends.
  • Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner.
