Carefree Calmness Counseling P.C. is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, focusing on providing essential support to clients at our specialized Detox Center. This position is uniquely structured as a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions and provide support from a location of your choice, while remaining connected with clients and the broader care team. The Detox Center you will be aligned with serves individuals experiencing substance use and emotional challenges, requiring a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of mental health needs. • Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing both individual and group therapy as appropriate.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including evidence-based screenings, and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment, linking clients with necessary services and resources.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of reports, data entry, and progress notes to track client outcomes effectively.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing proven strategies and interventions to ensure client safety and promote recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in training, workshops, and committee involvement to enhance service delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will cater to a diverse patient population, particularly individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored treatment plans while honoring the unique backgrounds, traditions, and experiences of each client. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a relevant field is preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, particularly in mental health or substance use settings, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
• Strong understanding of the ethical guidelines and professional standards governing social work practices.

• Experience working within a detox or substance abuse treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally sensitive approaches to client engagement.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems to streamline documentation and care coordination.

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience.
