About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a family-friendly bowling and entertainment center.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a fun atmosphere, and making sure every guest has a great experience. Our center offers bowling, arcade games, birthday parties, food, and entertainment for families, groups, and adults.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Assist customers with bowling reservations, lane assignments, and check-ins
  • Answer questions about bowling, games, parties, food, and center activities
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
  • Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special activities
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Work closely with other team members to provide excellent guest service
