Job description

Description/Job Summary:

The CMMS Administrator supports a secure federal facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program by managing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) activities, preventive maintenance scheduling, service call tracking, asset management, reporting, and maintenance documentation for a mission-critical facilities environment in Northern Virginia. 

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records within the Maximo/FEM CMMS platform, coordinating maintenance documentation, supporting operational reporting requirements, and ensuring maintenance activities are properly scheduled, tracked, and documented in accordance with contract requirements and Government standards. 

The CMMS Administrator works closely with site leadership, maintenance personnel, subcontractors, and Government representatives to support daily operations, emergency response documentation, preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, and equipment record management within a secure TS/SCI environment.
