Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator for an established manufacturing company in Northwest Houston.

This position plays an important role in supporting the Sales and Manufacturing teams by accurately processing customer orders, maintaining documentation, preparing sales-related paperwork, and providing excellent administrative and customer support. Accuracy is essential, as the information entered directly impacts customer orders and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where attention to detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Accurately enter customer quotations, sales orders, and order documentation into company systems.

·        Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.

·        Prepare invoices and sales-related documentation.

·        Maintain customer information and documentation with a high level of accuracy.

·        Provide administrative support to both the Sales and Manufacturing departments.

·        Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.

·        Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

·        Scan, file, organize, and maintain office records.

·        Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.

·        Assist with general office and clerical duties.

·        Maintain organized filing systems and accurate documentation.

·        Support multiple departments while managing priorities efficiently.

·        Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, sales support, or office administration preferred.

·       Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
