Breve descripción del puesto

Responsable de registrar, verificar y mantener la información de los servicios de transporte en el sistema de facturación, garantizando la exactitud, integridad y confidencialidad de los datos. Apoya los procesos administrativos del Departamento de Facturación mediante la organización de documentos, validación de información y colaboración con el equipo para asegurar una facturación oportuna y conforme a las políticas de la empresa.

Tareas Esenciales del Puesto

  • Ingresar la información de los servicios de transporte al sistema de facturación.
  • Verificar que la documentación requerida esté completa y correcta.
  • Validar la información e identificar errores o discrepancias.
  • Reportar inconsistencias para su corrección.
  • Digitalizar, clasificar y archivar documentos físicos y electrónicos.
  • Mantener organizados y actualizados los expedientes del departamento.
  • Proteger la confidencialidad de la información de pacientes y de la empresa.
  • Apoyar al equipo de Facturación en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y plazos establecidos.
  • Realizar otras tareas afines asignadas por el supervisor.

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Diploma de Escuela Superior. Se prefiere preparación técnica o universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Sistemas de Oficina, Tecnología de Información o áreas relacionadas. Preferiblemente seis (6) meses de experiencia en entrada de datos, facturación o funciones administrativas similares.
