Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Job Description
Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/out, and provide exceptional service that puts patients at ease.
Scheduling Mastery: Coordinate, confirm, and optimize the provider schedule to ensure a smooth, timely patient flow.
Financial Coordination: Verify insurance coverage, process claims efficiently, and explain treatment plans and billing to patients.
Records Management: Maintain accurate medical records, handle data entry, and ensure all documentation meets HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Office Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system with professional etiquette and coordinate seamlessly with our clinical staff.
Salary Range
Full-time $17 - $25 per hour

Requirements
Experience: Previous dental office experience is a plus, but not requiredโwe value your potential and work ethic.
Skills: Proficiency in computer operations (Microsoft Excel, data entry) and familiarity with EMR/Practice Management software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with excellent interoffice and phone etiquette.
Detail-Oriented: A focus on accuracy in medical coding, billing, and documentation review.
Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive health information discreetly and maintain a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
