Front Desk / Patient Coordinator

Job Description

Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/out, and provide exceptional service that puts patients at ease.
Scheduling Mastery: Coordinate, confirm, and optimize the provider schedule to ensure a smooth, timely patient flow.
Financial Coordination: Verify insurance coverage, process claims efficiently, and explain treatment plans and billing to patients.
Records Management: Maintain accurate medical records, handle data entry, and ensure all documentation meets HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Office Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system with professional etiquette and coordinate seamlessly with our clinical staff.

Salary Range
