Job description

Price Industries, is seeking a Data Support Specialist for our U.S. Operations team in the Winder/Lawrenceville, GA area. You will play a critical role within our systems group by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within our ERP system. This position is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and coordination of master data, while supporting implementation initiatives, troubleshooting technology-related issues, and assisting with training and instructional activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and accounting teams to support business operations and continuous improvement.


Keys to Success

  • Experience working with ERP systems; manufacturing ERP experience preferred.

  • Strong data analysis and data management experience, with a focus on accuracy and organization.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and participate in design review discussions.

  • Experience maintaining data quality and integrity, resolving data-related issues, and supporting engineering teams with data entry and system updates.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate, audit, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.


Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain master data within the ERP system.

  • Create, update, validate, and audit data records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Coordinate item and BOM (Bill of Materials) data between ERP and PLM systems across all locations.

  • Work closely with design engineering, supply chain, quality, and accounting teams to ensure accurate costing of materials and subassemblies.

  • Assist engineering teams with data entry, data corrections, and system-related inquiries.

  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues while supporting continuous data quality improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement projects.

  • Provide troubleshooting support and assist with user training and documentation as needed.
