District Manger - Middle GA Territories

Develop and manage all aspects of sales, operations, and the supervision of Multiple Branch locations. Manages the planning, development and evaluation of procedures and applications which contribute to the overall functions required to promote business.
MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
*Ensure policy and procedures are being followed in accordance with company guidelines
*Accountable for the monitoring and evaluating of Branch Manager’s and Office Personnel to ensure corporate objectives are met pertaining to sales activity and business growth *Conduct cold calls, customer service calls, and follow up calls whether directly or indirectly with Branch Manager’s to ensure criteria and company goals are met
*Leadership ability through providing direction, coaching, and oversight to staff
*Influence, interact, and decision making in dealing with current and potential customers
*Set managerial direction and accountability regarding staff schedules, cost controls, and quality of service
*Coordinates with other Manager’s, Supervisor’s, and Corporate Staff to ensure commonality of purpose and direction
*Responsible for completing internal audits of each Branch locations to ensure functions are executed in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
*Support senior management in developing and implementing various procedures to promote company growth.
*Perform personnel issue functions such as employee recruitment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and compensation administration.
Additional responsibilities will include:
*Maintains worker compensation claim files
*Purges employee files in accordance with company policy and procedure
*Ensures compliance of Notice of Commencements, and Notice of Non-
Payments
*Ensures adherence to Office Procedures and the provision of quality service
*Identifies temporary staffing needs, recruiting, and prescreening applications
*Ensures E-Verify Process is completed on every new hire in accordance with
company policy
*Handles client inquiries, complaints, and staffing needs
*Ensure telemarketing calls are completed (minimum of 15 per day)
*Payroll Processing
* Invoice Processing
Other Duties may include:
  • Dropping off temporary employees at their assigned job site.
  • Keeps office clean and orderly.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables in accordance to company policy and procedure.
  • Conduct bank deposits, post office runs.
  • Issues company safety equipment and maintains safety log in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Conduct Criminal Background Checks and Reference Checks of applicants conduct drug screening per company policy according to the requirements of current customer.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager, President, and/or CEO
  • Adheres to the Codes of Conducts Policy and Employee Handbook
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and or a minimum of five years of experience in business management of multiple operating units
  • Knowledge of data entry with a minimum of typing skills of 50 WPM
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of office software programs
