Job description

Job Title : Data Entry Specialist
Work Location: Columbus, OH 43215
Work Type : 5 days onsite
Work Hours : M-F 9am-5pm - Fully Onsite
Short Term Assignment 6 months - Temporary spike in demand
Qualifications
Must be able to:
Conduct data entry and processing:
Review documents, including correspondence and legal documents, and understand their general content
Search for and identify appropriate case files in multiple databases (CRM and other databases)
File documents in Document Management Systems
Keep track of high volumes of documents and organize files
โ€ข High school diploma or Associate's degree
โ€ข Familiarity with the basics of litigation (understanding party names, legal venues, defense counsel, opposing counsel, etc.)
โ€ข Experience working with legal documents, or the ability to quickly learn and understand a variety of documents in a legal setting
โ€ข Intermediate to Expert: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
โ€ข Intermediate to Expert: Data Entry (Type)
Be a quick learner, self-motivated, multitask
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Handle a high volume of repetitive tasks
Be very comfortable with computers
Be able to work in a professional office environment
Must Have :
Ability to multitask and work quickly filing a high volume of repetitive material using typing/data entry skills
Substantial experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
