Hourly Wage: $15 per hour
Duties: As a result of this position, the student will be able to:
Demonstrate basic employability skills such as: timeliness to work, appropriate dress, interpersonal communication, and time management
Receive and solicit feedback from supervisor and effectively apply feedback on the job
Assess workplace and demonstrate how personal talents, skills, and knowledge fit into the employer's goals, mission, and vision
Demonstrate his or her professional identity
Communicate transferable and functional skills to prospective employers
Office location SVC Building, Tampa Campus.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into the University database. Verify information for accuracy, organize files, and assist with report generation. Assist in processing results of the USF Annual Space Survey. Update existing records with new information. Perform comparative analyses of different data sources for administrative purposes. Perform additional duties to assist the department as required.
Average Number of Hours per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible around class schedule within business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday- Friday, with in-person, in-office attendance. Office location SVC Building, Tampa Campus.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for 2026-2027 to be considered for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by printing their "Award Offer" screen from Student Self-Service.
