Job Description

This position assists the Campus Dietitian in outreach and day-to-day health and wellness operations.  

Job Responsibilities

Event execution and educational outreach 

Auditing dining locations for compliance with National Menu Labeling laws, food safety, and allergen safety protocol. 

Processing data to measure compliance to health and wellness key performance indicators 

Data entry for recipe analysis  

Setting up information tables located throughout campus 

Developing nutrition education infographics, brochures, and social media posts. 

Assisting the Registered Dietitian with daily tasks 

Qualifications

Sophomore classification or higher 

Nutrition/Dietetics major preferred 

Effective communication and presentation skills; both verbally and in written form 

Ability to communicate in an appropriate manner in varying situations 

Ability to work 8/15 hours per week.  

Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively   

Ability to comply with University policies   

Maintain regular and punctual attendance
