Call Center Representative – Customer Retention & Sales Support

Location: Augusta, GA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Pay Rate: $16–$17/hr on W2
Interview Type: In-Person Interview Required

Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative for our Augusta, GA location. This is a fully onsite position ideal for candidates with prior call center, customer service, customer retention, or sales support experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, and experience assisting customers in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Promote, retain, and support company products and services
